Hailing from Greece and armed with a degree in Food Technology, I grew up immersed in a world of agriculture, music, and wine, guided by my agriculturist father—a self-taught musician and wine producer. Leveraging my 15 years of experience in hospitality, possessing a unique ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensure exceptional service, and create memorable culinary experiences tailored to the desires of my clientele. While my love for crafting coffee as a barista brought me joy, I have always harbored a passion for baking waiting to be explored. With Poly’s Dough, I am realizing this dream by merging traditional Greek Mediterranean dough recipes with the exceptional quality of Swiss ingredients. The innovative concept focuses on using Swiss ingredients, supplemented by authentic Greek products such as feta, olives, and raisins that cannot be sourced locally.
